One of the few things Congress is supposed to deal with, but the dysfunction of our current politics takes precedence over people.
Bureaucracy is one of largest four letter words I know.
I personally believe that the politicians do not want to figure out Immigration and Naturalization because it is such a handy rabble rousing tool.
