CARROLLTON - Cradle of Civilization (GLOB) - Things happening in our fair ‘burb.

Celebrate all things fandom at the Carrollton Public Library’s annual C-Con on Friday, March 15, from 5-8 p.m. at Josey Ranch Lake Library (1700 Keller Springs Road). The Carrollton-Convention, or C-Con, is a free event for fans of all ages across all fandoms. Attendees are invited to play games, create art, win trivia prizes, and more at this unique event.

No convention is complete without a bit of cosplay fun. Dressing up in a costume or outfit of any fandom, theme, or universe is encouraged at C-Con. Fans of all ages will also have a chance to strike a pose on the new Cosplay Runway. Snacks and craft materials will be provided while supplies last. C-Con is sponsored by the Friends of the Carrollton Public Library.
